When redacting personal identifiers from documents and pleadings, please use the following redactions:

• Social Security Number and taxpayer identification numbers: Use only the LAST FOUR DIGITS
• Names of Minor Children: Use only the minor's initials
• Dates of Birth: Only the year should be used
• Home Address: If a home address must be included, only the City and State should be listed
• Financial Account Numbers: Identify the name or type of account and the financial institution where maintained but, use only the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the account number and follow any standing Court Order in a case with other sensitive information

As always, exercise caution when filing documents that contain the following: Driver's license numbers, medical records, employment history, individual financial information, and proprietary or trade secret information.
