Notice to Counsel: Civil Initiating Documents
In accordance with the General Order authorizing electronic filing, complaints (including Third-Party complaints, counterclaims and cross-claims) and other initiating documents in civil cases shall be filed and served in the traditional manner on paper rather than electronically. All manually filed civil initiating documents (including the complaint, summons, civil cover sheet, notice of assignment to magistrate judge for discovery) shall be submitted as one PDF file by e-mail to one of the following civil intake mailboxes for the appropriate Court division based upon the assigned case number within 24 hours:
